USING FREIGHT FORWARDERS AND HAND CARRY.
Using a freight forwarder to ship or hand-carrying items internationally may result in complications not covered by Cuteanlovely.
If a freight forwarder or hand-carrying is used, Cuteanlovely won’t be responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they’re delivered to you or a freight forwarder. This means that Cuteanlovely isn’t able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any such goods delivered to you or a freight forwarder. You should refuse goods that arrive damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same, and goods lost after being received by you or the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.
PACKAGE SAFETY & LIABILITY
Cuteanlovely cannot be held liable for packages that have been delivered, lost or stolen.All shipped orders become the responsibility of the shipping carrier. In the rare event that a package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to resolve any problems you might encounter and they would help you track it down.
Customs Charges and Delays
Some countries may require import tax, duties and customs fees for the imports. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of your country. Paying these charges is your responsibility. There might also be delays in delivery times due to customs checks which is out of our control.
