Order Processing

All of our products are made to order. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Order Tracking

All orders - including international shipments - are shipped with tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping notification.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for missing or undelivered packages due to an incorrect address. Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your order.

Our Return Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our products. Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless a wrong or damaged item was sent to you. We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or change of mind - replacements are only issued for defective or incorrect items.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you will have two options:

• Replacement: A replacement will be sent out as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.
• Refund: The item must be shipped back to us within 14 business days of approval. Please see the Refund Process section below for details.

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Device Model Responsibility

Please ensure you select the correct device model when placing your order. We are not liable for orders placed with the wrong device model selected by the customer. We strongly recommend double-checking your device model before completing your purchase.

Return Conditions

All returned items must meet the following conditions or the return will be declined:

• Item must be in unused and unaltered condition
• Item must be returned in its original packaging
• A trackable shipping service must be used - we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit without tracking
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-8 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

If you have not received your refund after 8 business days, please:

1. Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
2. Reach out to us via our Contact Us page and we will look into it on our end.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Items that have been used or show signs of wear
• Items not returned in original packaging
• Orders placed with the wrong device model selected by the customer
• Size, color, or style preference changes
• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
